Pretty much lost 10 pounds without excercising in the last month by staying away from fast food like McDonalds.

I'd be guilty of ordering a double-double, a regular cheeseburger and an order of fries at the In-N-Out burgers drive thru.

The regular cheesburger was eaten on the road on the way home while the rest of my food would be eaten at home.

In-N-Out Burgers are sure good though....Much better than McDonalds burgers.

Last time I went to Mickey D's was like three years ago or so, when they introduced the 'high end' angus burgers.
