How Do You Post Here?

Do you sit at the computer continuously without moving from the spot, or do you post a couple of times, do some things around the house, and come back a few minutes later to see if your posts have been answered? I have to move around and do things, or I start having wrist issues from posting too much.

I sit on here during the work day. Then I check back in while I'm laying in bed to see if anything interesting is going on.
