You can torrent it for free. Don't spend money on it. Once I watched the videos, I realized it's waaaaaaay too much work.

Screw that. Do your own thang.

at people thinking getting or being in shape is easy. Why dont you just buy one of those vibrating belts or something, rock hard abs in 10 minutes a day and you can sit on your ass and eat potato chips all day.

As for the OP. Its a good program but its no easy fix. It requires a ton of effort and there is a lot of stuff to do. Its basically an hour a day EVERY DAY. Not only that for best results you have to really change your diet. They have some suggestions on it, actually a whole sections with basically lays out daily meals but you dont have to stick to those once you get a better understanding of whats healthy and what isn't you should be able to pick and chose what you want.

You might be able to do maybe half the exercises in your hotel room but def not all. Its best to have a routine when working out anyway, p90x or whatever else, its not something you can cause you have an extra 5 minutes during a commercial. If you're not motivated to work your ass off, dont bother its a waste of money.

I have used it, waste of money. Go to the gym with someone who knows what they are doing. Much cheaper

I don't like it for a variety of reasons.

Go to the gym and lift some weights. If you don't know what you're doing, there are a lot of websites that are great for weight training and diet.

This months or last months Mens Health magazine had an article about px90. I didn't read it, I was in my dr.s waiting room.

Is there any better instructional videos better than P90X? This is the main one I always hear about.

Torrent it. I burn many copies for friends at $20 price. They saved about $100 including shipping and handling.

Let me rephrase that. P90X is too much TROUBLE. It's so much easier to Google up some cardio exercises, strength training exercises, and nutrition guides and make your own routine that you are comfortable with. It's free information and can yield same results. P90X is not the definitive way to get into good shape.

Its not a definitive way, but its not a bad way.

If you're too lazy to follow instructions already laid out for you you are certainly too lazy to go research and compile your own instructions and routines and follow those.
