It's worth going at least once. Sort of expensive but you do get a ton of fries. Still not as good as In an Out Burgers.

I had both. In an Out doesn't come even close to Five Guys. I had to go back and order a second burger from In an Out because it was so small. Five Guys was so big and mouth watering.

They both are amazing places to have burgers!!! I prefer In and out cuz I only get to eat it when I go to vegas or arizona...

as far as chains go.. Five guys and Inn and Out are in a Dead Tie for me... I love both for different reasons..

Five guys is now invading Inn and Out turf.. we have a bunch opening up in the bay area and people are going...

Inn and out is still cheaper.. but it's a different burger.. even if you get a double..

Five guys has bacon and mushrooms and cajun fries.. that shit is bomb!! Also the buns are amazing there.. i also dig them because they remind me of home on the east coast because they used to be only on the east coast when they started out...

Dad.. check it out.. i think you will like it.. for the money you can't do better yourself..

if you have had inn and out.. let me know what you think and how the two compare..

That In & Out right off the strip in Vegas makes bank. I have never seen that place not be crowded, no matter what time of day it is.

Good burger, I was satisfied and thought the price was fair.
Definitely have to order it loaded, all toppings are free.
Very large burger and portions of fries.

Overall much better than Wendy's, Burger King, etc.. places and I also think better than Fuddruckers which you mentioned you love.
But compared to a good sit down restaurant, there are many better burgers in the world and 5 guys is just average on that level.
Probably the best "take out burger joint" I have been to, but I am in New England so the selection is not as great here.

That's the one I went to when I was in Vegas. We went late and it was packed. But I have already had Five Guys here home before I tried In and Out and maybe that's why I'm biased. But the fries at Five Guys are the bomb!

We do have Fat Burgers though, and their burgers are really good too.
