Philly Cheesesteaks!!!

just had a Philly cheesesteak at a small shop here in North Hollywood. Place is called Philadelphia sandwiche's. It's on Magnolia. If your nearby I'd recommend giving it a try. They almost got it.

There are so many places with much better steaks then those two joints. They just get the publicity. I think Pats is horrible. They barely cut up the meat and if u don't like onions forget about trying to get one without them. U can take a bite out of the steak and the whole steak might come out of ur roll. Not the cleanest of joints either. If u like a little of the cooks sweat in ur steak then this is a must eat.

Steve's Prince of Steaks in the Northeast. They are head and shoulders above Pat's and Geno's. They cut out all the fat bubbles as well.

I have never been to Philly and had a real one. There is a place near where I live and they say all their food is shipped from Philly daily, But their cheesesteaks SUCK.

I do make my own however and they are decicious. I want to make it to Philly and try a real one.

went to both and both were good. ate geno 1st then walked over to pats. i was full so i didnt think i was really going to like it bcuz i wasnt hungry. but i do agree pats was better.

Had one for the first time in downtown at a bar last week, just marvelous. I was surprised by the deliciousness. It weighed quite a bit as well.

Penn Station f'n rocks. Steaks and everything else is great. I could eat there every day. A little pricey but worth it.
