I think we can all agree that during a war, there is a ton of propaganda put out there. Are the last Hamas terrorist hiding among the refugees in camps? Chances are pretty good that they are. Are Hamas saying that they will attack Israel again and again even when they eventually pull out of Gaza? Yes they are. Do students really know why they are protesting? A ton do not.

Based on what Fox News has been airing almost nonstop over the last month or so, several things about their target audience are apparent. 1. They aren’t very educated (excepted for the rich 1% that benefit by Fox’s manipulation of the other 99%) and really don’t like people more educated than themselves). 2. They blindly follow authority figures and believe everyone else should too. 3. They are terrified any time people protest against things they support. 4. They are anti Palestine even though 99.9% don’t know the history of the region and how Palestinians basically got screwed after WWII (which is the root of the problem). 5. They would love nothing more than have a police state to suppress free speech (which they fear). Expect that we will go back to that as a way of life if Trump gets elected, because he has already stated as much. The saddest part is that these Universities, whose student’s families pay a lot of money for them to attend, don’t have the spine to divest from investing their endowment funds in Israel, which would end the protest. To me, a neutral stance on this conflict is perfectly acceptable. But then again I'm not the one who risks losing millions in donations by saying that.
