Just looked up at prior post by 19th after I posted this . Pretty much the same


1) Garcia was an illegal alien found by the Immigration Courts to be subject to removal from the United States.


2) By the evidence presented it was determined that he was a member of MS-13. That finding was later upheld by the Bureau of Immigration Appeals.
