Do I really sound like I care about defending a gang member? Or even this guy personally?

Try and avoid the thought any way you choose to, but you are doing it because the way this was handled is uncomfortable for any fair minded person to be happy about it. And alarming for a law abiding citizen who thinks they have inalienable rights in the USA.

You again betray your words with all the erroneous crap about "someone said he was a hairdresser in the media... so the constitution should no longer count for this person".

None of that would even come to mind as needing to be said if your real argument is simply that this is legal and constitutional.

Sounds a lot more like you care about making points about the media than you care at all about what is legal, right, or anti-American.

I mean, I didn't comment on this immediately because it seemed strange and I wanted to hear more. The MSM told us all that this was a mistake, he wasn't a gang member, he was a gay hairdresser and wasn't giving his due process. Turns out he was a gang member, was told by the courts years ago to leave the country, and the only mistake was some paperwork which had nothing to do whether or not he was going to be removed from the country. The president of El Salvador said there is no way he would send a terrorist to the United States. So this particular gang member isn't coming back, and no goofy partisan hack judge make anyone do it.

You had better explain the law to the judge who ruled he had not been allowed his rights.

And if you genuinely thought that was actually true, you would not be typing all these words about how terrible he is etc. You would not need to. You'd only need to say the words, his legal rights were exhausted so it was legal to deport him. End of discussion. No further argument would have been needed.

I don't know who the CNN reporter was, probably Kaitlan Collins, but what a fool she was. CNN is an embarrassment to journalism.

Didn't you think you would always have a RIGHT to defend yourself legally in America?

And now you are happy to mock anyone who stands up for the law and YOUR rights. It's like you want to be under 1984 Big Brother control. Cheering for the destruction of rights when it suits you. Anti-American isn't it?

99% of the funding for these channels are privately funded anyway. The government shouldn't use taxpayer dollar to fund these political organizations even though its only 1%.
Will the free market produce educational and children's content? Or any content that isn't a profit maker?

Will the free market foster young American film making talent or just go for profit?

A govt funded news organisation is not subject to commercial pressures about what to report on.

Some good reasons why we should want some govt funding of the arts and media.

You're still continuing to avoid answering the specific question whilst preferring to continue quoting a general principle.
That in my experience on this platform is par for the course from the MAGAts here.

And more contempt of Court by this administration:

Despite a court order, a reporter and photographer from The Associated Press were barred from an Oval Office news conference on Monday with President Donald Trump and his counterpart from El Salvador, Nayib Bukele.

You want Social Security too, right? That’s even more money from workers to you, hypocritical bitch! LOL.

The Fed isn’t run by bankers at all, Jerome Powell is not a banker. You’re just lying again. All you want to do is make the groups you love better off at the expense of the groups you hate, which is why you want to end capitalism.

It must be, you’re the expert on making things up. Volker did raise rates, and Reagan did put in free market reforms which stabilized the economy for decades. Nixon was a disaster, and those price controls led to rationing and shortages. The market always wins.

Name names, which companies can’t support themselves at all? Be specific.

Ownership is private hands in fascism too, hypocritical bitch. I’m not 12, but you have the economic understanding of a 5-year-old. India had private ownership, and the License Raj, which made it very difficult to open a business unless you knew the right people or could afford to grease the right palms. That’s exactly what democratic socialism brings.

No, that’s what happened, which is why every claim you made about what made America rich, I can point to other countries that had more but less wealth. Even slavery in America proves you wrong. You do realize most slaves were in the South, right? If slavery made regions wealthy, the South would have been wealthier than the North, but that wasn’t the case, because slavery doesn’t make a place as a whole wealthier.

Go back and explain where I got the history of Brazil wrong. Oh, that’s right, you don’t know or care.

Yep, the man who has facts and logic, and the hypocritical bitch that is the stupidest man alive. LOL

Fun as hell, another Freudian slip. Hell = torment, stupid hypocritical bitch, LOL.

So you're defending Trump here? No due process and you're saying it's okay because that's what the Founders wanted?

Where did the Founders say no Constitutional rights are absolute? Amending the Constitution and ignoring the Constitution aren’t the same thing, hypocritical bitch.

Um, no Constitutional rights being absolute means there are times when Constitutional rights are ignored. Your party was the party that preached that, and now they’re seeing it in action.
    Failure to answer the question.

Where is there any justification for ignoring the right to due process in this case?
