The Nevada Democratic Party is a Godzilla trying to stomp the much smaller Nevada Green Party to keep it from participating in the election process.
That’s the view of the Green Party’s Jason Call when asked about the Democrats’ recent lawsuit over petition signatures required to get Green Party candidates on Nevada ballots in November.
“The only reason the NV Dems are suing is they are trying to bleed our resources and waste our time,” Call said by email Monday night.
“Their time and resources are infinite, ours are not. It’s the same gameplan Walmart uses to put its competitors out of business. People should know this is how the Democratic Party operates.”

Democracy is simple majority rule. If the majority decides to take the individual freedom and private property away from the minority, it can. All the things the left hates America for doing - slavery, Jim Crow Laws, etc - came through majority rule. India is a democracy, and look at what happened to the political opposition during The Emergency back in the mid 70s.

We have a political party who believes that no Constitutional rights are absolute, the Constitution is written vague so it can be reinterpreted (by the majority) whenever it wants. They also believe that the 1st Amendment doesn't protect hate speech, misinformation, lies, etc. Who will decide what is hate speech, misinformation, lies, etc.? The majority, and the minority is screwed.
