Clinton’s situation was a public settlement of a public lawsuit. Ever who posted this don't know the difference between public and under the table. How the hell can a public lawsuit be hushed, when the whole world already knows about it, and I thought my education was bad. Unbelievable.

I am not saying a president has total immunity. He can't sneak out of the WH and blow people away with a glock. He does having immunity while carrying out the duties of a president. Yes, that includes looking into the legitimacy of the election results among countless other things.

    Am I wrong?
We were at war during Trumps term. Where were you?

No, A POTUS does not have immunity during war time. The seal team killed an armed man (Bin Laden) wanted for crimes against the USA.

Nothing wrong with investigating election fraud. You have to do it within the Law, If you break the Law, you become the one to be investigated. Even if you don't believe the reasonable people around you telling you, no large-scale fraud happened. Even the expert you paid $750,000 showed you proof that it wasn't true, or there was not enough evidence to prove it. Breaking in voting machines illegally is not lawfully investigating.

The man that has access to nuke codes now requires aides to escort him across a lawn.

These handlers now walk between Biden and the pool cameras, "to draw less attention to the 81-year-old's halting and stiff gait.

”Biden advisers told Axios they're concerned that videos of Biden walking and shuffling alone — especially across the grass — have highlighted his age.

In front of the Supreme Court of the United States, an attorney in good standing actually argued that the president could be immune from prosecution if he has his political rival assassinated.

    Justice Sotomayor:
“I am having a hard time thinking that creating false documents… that ordering the assassination of a rival, that accepting a bribe and countless other laws that could be broken for personal gain, that anyone would say that it would be reasonable for a president or any public official to do that,”

We need more Sotomayors and fewer Alitos, Kavanaghs and Gorsuchs.

Thankfully Trump had the opportunity to appoint reasonable judges to the SCOTUS. BTW, that isn't stacking the court. Stacking teh court is what the dems wanted to do by increasing the number of judges on the court.

Sure, I bet you could write 15 more lines but none of those are undermining the legal system actually. Its called freedom of speech. Undermining the legal system would be a democratic judge who donated to Biden in the last election overseeing this ridiculous case which was not even pursued by the feds because there was no case. A non-corrupt DA wouldn't have charged him to begin with and a honorable judge would have dismissed it immediately, and at worst, would have recused himself.

I guess, commit your crimes in a more political friendly area. That is the reason we have trial by jury. Let the jury decide.

The judges he appointed being reasonable is debatable.

Not all Democrat's wanted to add judgers to SCOTUS.
