Does he post across the street? One sign of a paid poster is if they are exclusively posting there and not here anymore at all. A few bucks thrown to someone gives them an incentive to post somewhere else and stop somnewhere.

No idea how much but there are different levels with different responsibilities. Making contests , encouraging posters , making posters feel happy and wanted. They have to have ghosts as well. I’m not just talking about gambling websites. Lots of forums in the world have many paid posters.

A paid poster can earn $50 -$5,000 a month. Depends the site and responsibility. For example just a random poster with some traction that people like. That has a little fan base but doesn’t stand out a whole lot will get $200 a month to exclusively post somewhere ( with ghosts ). Someone with more responsibilities then it goes up from there. I know a travel forum posters are getting $2,000 to post. There were guys on an international sex forum making $700 a month to post and some $300 and a few at $2,000 so it just depends

My guess - Went broke gambling and in debt, entered into GA Rehab and got a life and job then after. Never posted on a gambling forum again to avoid the gambling temptation. It happens..
