For selfish reasons, I vote to pardon Rudy. I haven't had the pleasure of b!tchslapping that drunk chihuahua in a thread (per usual) in over a year, and my hands are getting twitchy to make his a$s so rosy red it'd make a female red-butt bab00n scream with envy; thing is, if we could somehow keep him to under 12 beers a day and analing his 3-legged dog to under 4 times a day... he'd probably be an OK poster.
