Well the potential is there to be just as smart as any other race, but as a group they have been incentivized to play down their attributes in favor of playing the "we are being oppressed" card. They've been doing it now for 50 years now with the same exact results. I think the group in general has Stockholm syndrome. They identify with the very same people who are now oppressing them. A few of the blacks are waking up now and the old guard of black leaders who where in the pockets of their democratic masters are getting less and less influence. The new movement of conservative black leaders will in about 50 more years turn the tide and finally free this troubled race from their own chains they have helped create.Comment -

My ususal 2 cents.
I do not hate the Black race. That 15%, sure they are living worthless lifes, each and everyday. This 15%; they have no life and no Ed, so they live they way they choose and that's usually going to be a violent life. And many of our citizens will pay for it in one way or another. It needs to be fixed!
Here's what the average Joe is not recognizing today or even 40 years ago.
This race came from the lowest rank of human beings, probably?
I'm talking about Africans way back 150, 400 hundred years ago.
They never had schools, colleges--are you kidding--so their lives were only similar to Whites with this same idea, "fight to thrive and fight to survive."
Their tools were spears and better built physical bodies, and the extra strength finesse, and courage, from having to battle, not only other tribes but having to face, daily, the most vicious animals possible, ever, on this planet.
I'll try to make it shorter: Whites have been highly educated for centuries. You don't elect Queens and Kings and have the knowledge to build sea-faring vessells withoiut that Ed.
And weapons such as guns and cannons that can easily win wars over a less educated society or country.
Blacks, long, long ago, lagged so far behind because they never ventured very far their birthplaces.
So, just how much knowledge of the real world would they have?
This race started out centuries far behind the White race, in just about every needed to live a full life span.
Cutting it short: This race is evolving much, much faster now, than is the dominating race we have seen for who knows how many centuries?
If you will simply open up your ears and eyes and try to see the honest truth, this race has made lightyears of improvements with their Ed, and of course, maybe much more important, knowing where the big bucks are, even with little or no Ed. Sports. Thugs do not count here.
And where you would see in college basketball and the NBA 40 years ago, it's almost a 100% moved to the idea of seeing a standout white player now, is seldom seen on one high ranked college or NBA team. That's called evolution at it most believable because it's right here in your face for you not only to see, on these more modern athletic teams, but also in the record books.
And I said before, we have more well-educated Blacks today, far better advanced, and in thousands of numbers better than we had in that same 40 year period, too.
Look at your politics and cable news stations. Blacks are moving forward at a pace no one would have ever believed 100 years ago.
So this once dominating White-World would be smart to recognize it today so your kids and grandkids can adjust to a more different, more racially mixture of citizens of this inevitable society, coming in the next 100 years.
