Early am wife wakes me up GOOD news u don't have to work today I won $400 online

so later around 2:30 i said lets go get shopping done ........ we get to store she cant find her i phone which also is wallet

WELL after we go serach every where we back home niece uses find my phone on her phone winds up in somwhere northeast philly about 8 miles from home

$100 cash all ************ both our bank debit cards her state id and very expensive i phone 12

SO when i went home i parked car with flashers left on at my corner when i started it up the freaking alt battery light came on OMG

IT's guaranteed for life but i dont hear any noise as i did before when it happened battery is 3 years old now

i shut car off n drove with it couple miles back n forth if just on battery it would have went dead like it did before i bought refurbished battery for $75 boom didnt start back up after return to work so tommory i have to go get system out local mechanic hope it can be reset and clear the red battery light if not im screwed alt guaranteed for life but not to install it thats goona cost me at least $350 cash no way can i do my self

WELL the GUY who found the phone brought it back to my house and all the cash was there

BUT the car has problem i'm almost 100% positive it's the alt because 2nd jump had niece accerlate car for 3 mins started it up no light came on 1 min later backing up into parking spot damn lil red bat light came on again. i could do the old test charge up battery again remove pos terminal if car keeps running the alt is fine if it shuts off which i know it will do bam the alt is bad!

GEE what a kick in the nuts my car is like my life blood now cant get food stuff we need like stuffed shells and other food for christmas dinner with family the stores are empty and close early today at around 3 pm i cannot drive around for miles car will shut off again

the thimng that tells me batter is fine i drove around back n forth for 5 miles the car ran fine until i went to go back later that night to store it completley shut down every freaking light came on dash board blinking ones i never saw before

last time this happened i didnt see all those lights the alt was blown 100% all black insulation on out side

had system cked by AAA the alt is bad only putting out 9.5 volts and battery is only 43% health now i have toi figure out how to get car to mechanic .... buy new battery drive the couple miles in day time have him pull the alt then my son will drive me to pepboys to getr new alt installed by mechanic he can leave then because car will be 100% working again'';';


I'm thinking maybe screw these alternatoirs from pepboys they dont hold up and go for OEM for more cash

BUT i think when i jumped my nices car back in nov on the 26th that caused alt problem because later that day driving to sons wedding the battery light came on on I 95 pulled over shut car off and started it no light came on drove the rest of way and fugging had detour from 476 north being shut down due to major accident that day

thought i was dead but knowing other entrance on baltimore pike in springfiled pa i was able to get there only 15 mins after 1 to have others pics taken

just good old murphy's law kicking my ass again whatever can go wrong will go wrong

yes but nice cannot get them until done work at around 4 pm be home here at 4:30 i dont want to have to wait like 4 hours for them to tow car where i want then go to mechanic next day if he is there right now he's out sick

other one near me isnt working this week i can drive there with new battery in car only about 1.2 miles from home

i think that will be best choice save the tow fee $75 no way battery gets killed by alt in 1 .2 miles took like 5 miles to kill the old one
