They are applauding this...

This was another power grab. In this appeal, the panel 1st declined to have the 16 judges review and rule, but rather went to a 3 judge panel.

So, 2 judges now feel its their RIGHT to direct an agency (not an elected one) to enforce medical practices for 85 million workers (practices that are clearly irrelevant and not working) for a mandate (not a law, nor anything passed by a representative of the people).

Do we not see what's happening here?

This has NOTHING to do w public health. It is 100% the liberals wet dream to simply eliminate Congress at the State & Federal level, and have a President elected not by the EC, but by popular vote.

Another total disaster that only full blown retards applaud.

Honestly- the People in America are becoming so fukking blind to this power grab I'm not sure there's going to be a Country left in 10 years.

Just giving away rights & power & limits on Government w every Democrat Party idea.

According to the Economist’s analysis of the data, “Mr Biden’s failure to impress the young now threatens his presidency,” as he has lost significant support since January. Currently, just 29 percent of adults under the age of 30 approve of Biden’s job performance, while half disapprove.

“The net rating of -21 points is the worst for any age group,” the Economist found. However, his net approval is underwater with other age groups as well. Adults 65 and older give Biden an approval of -8, while those 45 to 64 give him -5. Adults 30 to 45 give Biden a negative rating in the double digits — -17.
Overall, Biden has experienced a -50 point drop-off in support among young Americans since taking office:

Biden is, politely speaking- politically dead.

He cannot pass anymore legislation w his polls. He will be wiped out in the midterms and more than likely will see Harris resign as VP to save her own career path, then have his own party primary him in 24 to force him off the ticket.

Manchin struck Bidens political death blow this week. There will not be a vote on BBB plan, ever, and that's the last piece of legislation Dems could muster together before next election.
