Many restaurants are moving to 5 day weeks instead of 7. Sunday/Monday or Monday/Tuesday being cut. My cousin has a small place that does Breakfast & Lunch and had to move to a 6 day week (No Sundays) because of no workers. It's not pretty out there now. Small businessmen have to adapt. My cousin went out and talked to a few of the bigger businesses around his area to grab some extra lunch deliveries. You want to be in business then you should reinvent the wheel.Comment
