But I thought all we hear is how police risk their lives in dangerous situations and how we need police.
Coward pigs.

Maybe the cops were defunded and therefore unarmed.

I read that it was 2 female officers. Can't say I blame them.
When you have thugs that are that bold to pull out a gun right in front of the Police and open fire, they're probably better off letting that kind of problem work it self out. You get into a gun fight and kill a passenger who was maybe not armed, then you have BLM up your ass protesting and rioting.
They did tend to the guy who got shot, so they must have Psaki'd back around.

Yeah some crazy footage. If you watch carefully you will notice that the driver and the guy in the back seat both make eye contact with the cops. Then you have to watch even closer to notice that the guy in the back left seat has what looks to be an assault style weapon and the door cracks open.
That is when the female cop behind the wheel decides to book it. They had an opportunity to get out and find cover and draw their weapons. But look carefully at the back left door. It starts to crack open and I think he was about to get out and start firing.
I think that’s why the cop got really scared and cut off the driver to leave. These city cops deal with a different world and I’d imagine some of them are not cut out for it.

Their chief of police in the video didn't use defunding as an excuse, in fact the chief had NO excuse and was still trying to figure why his officers ran away.
Besides, even if the police were defunded and not armed that isn't a valid excuse - they swore oath and accepted their paychecks to NOT run away, even if they were defunded they were not disbanded, there's a difference between being defunded and disbanded.

When your Tard lawmakers cowtow to violent extremist groups like BLM, and you’re a white cop going up against a black thug ON CAMERA?!?! - WTF do you think is going to happen? I’d do the same FU##ING thing. Lose/Lose for the cop. Either you get shot, or your filmed shooting the ‘poor, innocent black man’ and then raked over the coals by the MSM and Tard conglomerate. Better to let Detroit, Chicago, Baltimore, St. Louis just go ‘Thunderdome’ and we’ll rebuild in a few years once all the riff-raff is gone…..

I blame them, they accepting their monthly paychecks and swore oaths to do their jobs, better to replace them with cops who will do their jobs properly.
They did go back to help the victim, so they're better off to drive ambulance instead of cop cars.

Cant imagine there are many people cut out for dealing with dudes running around firing assault weapons. Shit is like a scene from Grand Theft Auto.

Yup. They obviously not cut out for it, so they might as well quit and let others who are cut out for it do a better job than they did.

That why they should've quit long time ago, instead taking the job away from someone who wouldn't have ran away.

I'll always blame the criminals first.
Cops don't have to jump into a firefight if they feel they are at a disadvantage or under powered.
If these 2 would have opened fire and killed everyone on scene, it is almost certain that someone would have found fault in what they did.
If you are a cop and someone is going to pull out an AR-15 when they know that you are there and start shooting, you are dealing with some serious shit. Especially when you are sitting in your car at a disadvantage.

It's very easy to see why the "flight" happened...the officer(driver) felt outgunned. If in the moment, you only have a handgun, you are immediately outgunned by a long gun...Solid instinct.."if he is in superior strength, evade him"
making this a police thing is low level

Well, still looks bad for the cops, even their police chief didn't know how to explain it - and there were a few ex cops in the video too that blamed the cops for running away.
Everyone has different expectations of what cops should do and how they should act, after all the cops are public servants being paid with our public dollars and tax money.

How is it low level when in the video the chief of police and ex cops all agree that they shouldn't have ran away? Are the chief of police and all those ex cops in the video low level too for agreeing they shouldn't have ran away?

More proof that black lives really don't matter at all.
I hate cops, but I have no issue with black on black ghetto violence. They deserve this with their politics and misguided way of life.

Should they be officers then? Maybe it would be better for those ladies to stay in the kitchen, and cook delicious food for the actual police officers instead. It would work better that way. If they are afraid to do their job, then something is wrong.
They're strong and independent only when it suits them.

Unless they were super cops man or woman if all they had were pistols that would have been suicide that close against those guns. Plus the way cops are treated anymore why throw your life away most likely because of what looked like rival street gangs.

Exactly... Been sayin this for a long fukking time
They have a tendency to either shoot prematurely bc they're scared, or blast away from an active shooter scene... because they're scared
Women cops, women on the front lines of war
We're fukkd

Instead of making all sorts of excuses for the inferior cops running away and still getting paid all our tax dollars, why not try and hire the super cops? At least it wouldn't be a waste of public funds.

How would that waste tax dollars? If one or more cops died in the line of duty while actually standing their ground and fighting instead of running away, it could deter crime better and at the very least instill more trust in the government - the cost is evened out to replace cops or soldiers as they die or retire or quit, a police budget doesn't grow bigger just because same of them die.
Actually, it's more of a waste to keep the useless cops around because they are occupying jobs that could be given to others that are better than them - would soldiers in the army be allowed to run away and keep their jobs when their have standing orders to serve and protect?

So because you pay taxes you feel it is Ok for a cop to throw their lives away in an almost suicidal situation on a bunch of street scum . Yea real smart. I agree with the other poster you have to be trolling.
