I think the hesitation is in part due to the FACT Noone knows how the proteins in this drug work long term, or where they end up. That's why it's experimental still. It hasn't been studied, the long term effects are unknown and it poses significant risks to many- as seen in the newscycle, which, btw, has a clear bias towards this working...so when negative press reaches an audience, many become skeptical- assume the downside to be 10 fold in comparison to what they're being told.
The japanese document is common, it's a tecnical document and was prepared for the PMDA, which is basically the Japanese FDA.
Pfizer has confirmed that it's pharmacokinetics overview from lab studies and not about spike proteins lingeing in the body and becoming toxic. Anyone in the industry knows this.
Common knowledge on the subject helps people. It's simply not how the spike proteins created with this vaccine work.
