The question I started asking myself though was “what am I doing with any of this information other than getting more and more depressed?” And the answer was jack shit. Once you start living your life as if none of that shit is going on and you focus on your family and what you want out of life, you start to see none of that “knowledge” does you any good, and it is possible to get on with life and shit isn’t nearly as bad for you as you want to believe

It's OK for some personalities Ghengis

But for some people , delving deep into the
intricacies may have negative impact for everyone around them

I say , it's good to build up knowledge
but don't let your mind sit there and stagnate

Only spend so much time there , and focus more
on you and your loved ones and people tangibly
in your day to day life , and what you can do
to better those around you .

I only say this about the things you have hardly
any true control over . If we lived more than once
then it's fair game . But I think many will be on their
death bed like " FUK... the shit I could of enjoyed and the things I could of got done " if I would of utilized
all my time on growth for those directly around me

These are confusing times right now and I get what
you are saying as well . You don't wanna feel like
a pushover.... or a sheep in the grand scheme of things

But in the same breath.... is this knowledge of what
possibly could be true or false directly helping
your overall mental state ... or does it bring you
down or put you in a combative mood ..
Is it helping you grow in your career or relationships

So hard to balance these things that it's up to
each individual to decide if it's worth it
Enlightenment isn't always beneficial
