Are you serious? White, brown, black, Asian, whatever kids in the US are ALL entitled. None of them, especially white Christian males want to get higher education, masters and pHd's. I look for them every day and they are not there. So, companies have to import talent because our kids are too lazy to get educated. There's bad cops of every color and bad perps of every color. The cops job is to apprehend the bad guys. Not be judge and jury. If you can't safely subdue a perp, you should not be a cop.
