Georgey was a thief and drug attic. High on supply and that's what killed him. Shouldn't freak out and resist arrest when caught breaking the law. He was high as a kite and freaked out. That's what killed him.

Cop shouldn't have put the knee on the neck for 9 or so minutes though. Can't do that.. He'll be found guilty of murder.

The most damning thing in all of this for the prosecution is that on the body cam video, Floyd said that he couldn't breathe multiple times before he collapsed on his own to the ground and before the cop ever had his knee near his neck.

IMO, they are way overcharging the cops in this one and they should be found not guilty of what they are charged with.

Here's the thing about law & order in Minnesota.

It's very parochial. There's the written law, and then there's the Minnesota way. The 2 very seldom go together.

Based on the written law, the officers involved, all of them, should walk free, for sure 3 of them absolutely are innocent. Chauvin is not guilty of the crime charged, but may be liable for a lessor charge, but time served is a real possibility.

However, and I'm speaking from first hand knowledge here, there are judges that take it upon themselves to skew cases in a specific direction, make rulings on motions that have no merit and influence juries at times with baised comments.

We shall see....

its all going to come down to picking the jury imo. if they can find unbiased jurors, no way he gets convicted of murder. if they have jurors that are out for revenge for the way blacks have been treated, then he gets convicted on the highest count.
