Newsom is on the verge of being recalled, California has been almost completely shutdown for months, and their cases are out of control with icus in some counties at 80 percent capacity.

Most people can’t work because of the shutdowns and cases are still out of control.

The science is clear, the overwhelming majority of the covid spread comes from private gatherings inside of 4 or more people, not restaurants and bars, which are being shut down and destroyed, and not people going to work. They are also getting no government money since Pelosi refuses any deal that doesn’t bail out broke poorly run states like illinois and New York.

Most of these democratic governors are destroying small businesses across the board with no evidence and they aren’t even slowing the spread.

95% of Covid deaths are people in long term care homes who were going to die soon anyways. Yes, it is sad and every death is tragic. But overdose deaths have skyrocketed, suicides have skyrocketed, mental health of people has deteriorated on average.

It’s too soon to know if the lockdown in Australia was effective in controlling the virus or not, many countries thought they had the virus under control but it almost always comes back.

Australia’s lockdown was extremely tough and included military arrests of people not following lockdown procedures, that’s not the type of country I would want to live in. All it takes is one big theorist attack or another potentially more serious pandemic and the military can take control of the whole country in a state like that.

Their is more to consider than the virus is under control. What Australia did was a violation of civil liberties on a large scale.

You also can’t compare a country with that much land and a relatively small population to larger countries such as the US, and when a severe lockdown like that occurs you have to look at mental illness, domestic and child abuse, other factors.
