My dad picked up a guy we have known for years at his home last week to bring him down to the shop to get his car(we fixed it after he hit a deer). My dad was sick on Thursday with a fever and headache and then had to drive my mother and younger brother to Dearborn on Friday(while still sick) because my 92 year uncle was getting released from the hospital after falling down the stairs. It turns out the guy that my dad picked up to get his car called me at the shop today and said that he tested positive for Covid and got sent home from work. He said that he hadn't felt right for a week.

I woke up this morning with a slight fever(been fluctuating between 99 and 100 throughout the day), headache, and scratchy throat. My eyes also hurt when I look up/down, left/right, so this news that I got from the dude pretty much told me all that I need to know.

I talked to my dad earlier today(he's still in Michigan) and told him the news about the guy testing positive for Covid and said that I didn't feel too good. My dad said that he felt better on Sunday and was fine now. My dad is 70 by the way.

Yeah, I know. Right now concerned with my wife's dad. He's 72 and not in the greatest health. Guess we'll be skipping T-Day at their house next week.

I haven't even told my wife yet that I have been sick all day. I didn't feel horrible. I worked all day and had no loss of appetite. When I got home, I was spent. Definitely not 100% Just checked my temperature. Came up at 99.7. Took some tussin 1/2 and hour ago, so shoudl be kicking in soon.

Even the high altitude training masks don’t limit oxygen coming in, they simply restrict airflow. These high altitude masks restrict airflow way more than any mask we wear on a daily basis, and people workout with them for an hour at a time lol
