I don't know if the SCOTUS is going to reverse this. The only other "fair" option at this point is to declare an Executive Order that includes Martial Law strictly for a fair election. The election should have complete verification of each voter. Federal election officials at every voting precinct, poll watchers allowed to watch everything, etc. Axe out any chance by "either" side of cheating by ridding all this software used for counting.
And, if to hand count everything, there should be some sort of process to oversee all the counting by neutral parties. This has to be done by neutral parties. So, I say, bring in Kim Yun Un from North Korea and Basshir Al-Assad from Syria and let them audit the vote. All kidding aside, redo the election with strict parameters under Martial Law. Then, you have your next President.
I don't see any other option that would be fair to the people at this point, and by Trump using the E.O. for Martial Law and strictly for a fair election. Other than that, he's running out of options here IMO.Comment -

word is they have a lot of the goods on the whole international handling of our votes, etc., in direct violation of that exec order, which gives our gov't the right to seize the property of the foreign nations/citizens who had any role in our elections; such that some chinese and other mo fos are going to have their US assets seized......
my intell at this point isn't clear on whether the algorithms allegedly switching votes/deleting votes/ weighing votes are all id'd and dead to rights, but one would think they'd get their shit together at some point and deal with the data switches and dumps......Comment -

-The States CERTIFIED their election results. This means what was basically only a STATE issue became a FEDERAL issue once those States (the ones with heavy fraud especially) presented those "CERTIFIED" results to Congress. Now representations have been made to the Federal Government that there was NO FRAUD and that the elections were clean and certified.
