Lindsey Graham is even on board to sign

Not seeing a spike in the markets. I bet they agree to keep talking later. Maybe they will get an agreement, but after that the Turdle will show up and take a dump on that idea. Also the senate is passing their own bill today. Maybe the news will be that they will still be talking past one another and go ahead and sell off the market going into the close.

If it just says they are to speak, that probably means with each other to negotiate.
