I misread this as " CEO pledges 20% increase for black employee WAGES" , not employee count.
My misread made me think the union would be up his ass if one race paid more than others when all have the same skills and position.

Change is the hardest thing anyone person, community, city, state/province, country or world will ever be asked to do. Real change starts with each individual showing that the change is possible and sustainable...others will follow suit. If you know anything about Boeings history you'll know they only hire blacks to meet government quotas

They also have a history of numerous lawsuits against them by black employees and have regularly just "paid them off"

Boeing views black employees as nothing more than a nessecary evil to get government contracts....as do most companies in general
