It will never be fixed. The fact there is a population DEOENDANT upon liberal politicians to support them, is sad.
The fact that this population is too fukking stupid to realize that dependence is what seals the fate of cyclical poverty, failing schools, immoral culture and a glass wall around their ability to move out / up in terms of quality of life is pathetic.

At that point blacks en mass quit assimilating to corporate white standards, quite looking up to role models of other races and instead circled the wagons within their own failing culture in Hope's that the fallacy of "cribs" could be them.
It can't and it won't. The white kid growing up w the baggy Jean's and the rap still has a parents willing to live him, put him thru college, help a a job or get him a lawyer when in trouble. The reverse is true for black urban American.
