He has made some terrible decisions at some point with tennis plays.

But does fireback. Lately his tennis plays have been better.

Lou puts in the effort and posts his plays and when you post plays you are either gonna be praised or teabagged when they lose.

I dont know if he is REALLY good but i would like to see him play a few more +s instead of laying some more chalk if that were to happen i would play closer attention to his picks , i am sure as time goes by he will be better

I have observed that he is definitely rated very low so he meets that part of the criteria.
