    Covid 19 - Data Snapshot – 7/9: Death Projections for November 1st
Ron “The Liar” DeSantis, Florida’s deadly governor, and the unmitigated stupidity of Florida’s Red Herd, are turning that state into the world’s new Covid 19 sinkhole, and nearly single-handedly keeping the U.S. the world champion of Coronavirus infections and deaths. Aping, the orange ape in the White House in every way, it’s as if DeSantis looks at IHME’s projection of dead as a goal he wants to achieve.

Below are revised projections for the Trump-Virus dead in the southern states by November 1st, and once again, my death projections are far more optimistic than IHME’s – especially for Florida. but Texas as well. S. Carolina and Virginia are also doing things IHME doesn’t like while, on the other hand, IHME now sees an improvement in Georgia that I’m missing. According to IHME’s and my Trump-Virus death projections ,the U.S. will cover 200k dead just before election day, a milestone the Orange Blimp will be carrying like a millstone on November 3rd.

The only thing I see here is that the "rate of non-survival" is accurately measured at 2.6% for the mostly Republican South, which means that the Northeast Democratic states are reporting crazy numbers like 8-12% to get to a USA death rate of 7.6%

    And DeSantis is the liar?

Unfortunately, both the rates of survival and non-survival for the U.S. are ‘ballpark’ percentages, as some states, like Florida, hide their number of “recovered” (for a variety of specious reasons), resulting in somewhat skewed rates for the nation as a whole. However, in a deaths projection for individual states, which is dependent on “active cases”, and current “rates of non-survival” (based on total dead/total infected), “recovery” numbers are an irrelevant (and, as I said, unreliable) variable. I can only use what isn’t hidden by liars like DeSantis. Currently, the U.S. death rate stands at 4.2%.

And, as far as your “crazy numbers” go, consider that in the chart, numbers for only 16 states out of 50 are displayed; and in the far more densely populated northeast, would it really be a shocker to find greater rates of death? Well, the real shocker is that it seems as though the pandemic is passing by the northeast altogether, while the south has welcomed the Trump-Virus with open arms.
