Police aren't using tear gas or following their normal routine.

The only reason "rioters" are being so "brave" is they know police won't do anything.

The smartest thing to do in situations like this is to set fire to police stations and loot your own community BEFORE due process can take place.

The fire chief said that he can't send his people in their because it was unsafe as they were being attacked with rocks and other items thrown at them.
