plain clothes cops broke up a group for not social distancing and threw this guy to the ground to arrest him. when ppl start complaining about their behavior one cop walks towards them and aims his taser at them and tells them to back up even though they arent near the cops. then a guy walks up to the cop that is approaching them and the cop starts punching him and drags him back to the sidewalk to arrest him. the video is in the article.
