I've been drinking Tequila for about a year now and typically on the weekends. Gives me the runs if I drink to much though the next morning Looking for a healthy alternative now and it seems to be RUM..

I'm a red wine drinker during the week mostly, but when I feel like getting lit up I'll slam a full glass of Hornitas Tequila.. That does the trick!!! Next morning though it's loose stool city half the time. Must be that Guava in the Tequila. Can rock the guts.. Looking to mix it up now

So RUM DRINKERS what is a good mid priced Rum to drink on the rocks these days? Ready to give it a try and not spray..

There is some ABSOLUTE truth to that.. One or Two stiff drinks a night for people over 40 might be better then an apple a day.. Doctors and studies generally agree on both.

The only people in my family that didn't have clogged arteries were the one's that drank, the sober ones all clogged up and needed Triple bypasses and or stents.. Is what it is, that's my world and family tree.

      I'll drink a bit and I do!!!

The doctor's tell you not to drink too much because they know you heart will clog easier with a lack of alcohol. Then they can do a $100,000 operation. They also want you to eat a lot of bread and cereal so you get really fat and they can prescribe endless amounts of drugs for you !

This wouldn't surprise me at all. I read about a guy that cured his cancer with a vetenarians drug , and they sure didn't want that getting out. Now over 50 people are cured.....
