If your doc actually prescribed Xanax to a guy then you’re good to go. Girls get them like candy. Haven’t been able to get a benzo my whole life, and I have panic attacks daily. Hence why I drink. But because I drink I’m at risk for misuse so I can’t get on it. Makes sense. In reality, it makes zero sense. Wouldn’t drink if properly medicated.

Just say you’re struggling in school. You try to get things done, but your mind is constantly wandering. Trouble waiting, and always fidgeting. Basically tell the truth and I’m sure you’ll get a script in no time. People on adderall get benzos for sleep a lot anyway. Good luck. Adderall calms me down a lot. Actually slows my heart. It will help ya out for sure. I used to hammer out schoolwork on it. Slows you down, and organizes your thoughts. Can induce rambling though. I’m on it now. As this post may indicate.

Provigil or Nuvigil been on both and the generic versions.
People at work ask for one all the time.
Tell your DR you have to work night shift and was complaining about it to a co-worker,
staying up and alert, and they gave you one of their pills and it worked great.
He will be writing out a Rx before you finish your sentence.
They are no joke, can also order from overseas Pharm. without Rx but i never tried but know
people that when that route.
Look it up to rush or jitters or nothing like caffeine/b12 drinks, you just start to realize "everything"

Bear, if smoking a little sativa weed did not work and you are single and not getting laid with regularity, it reads in the owners manual that you have to jerk your dick to reset or recalibrate your chemical balance

I`d try the pot first though, you would not want to be the only one on the forum that jerks your dick.

Meditation. In school when I had a lot of studying to do for a test and couldn't focus I would meditate (concentrate on breathing while visually focusing and thinking about one speck on the floor or carpet) for a minute or two and I would then be able to focus on studies.

Also, better diet cutting out sugar

Meditation better than medication for these problems. Youtube "sadhguru" and watch some of his stuff. Focus on the philosophy/psychology/behavior aspect of what he is saying instead of other things because there is a cultural barrier.....
