donk, i have couple questions for you. As an officer of the court would you ever lie under oath? If you did what are the consequences? If they can prove cavanaugh lied under oath what do you think the consequences will be? Now i think only a few judges have been impeached. The first I can remember was in late 1790's or 1800"s. The ex vice pres. burr was the prosecutor. The judge made the mistake of being a bully. I know that a judge in galveston was impeached for lying under oath. His sin was sexually harassing 2 employees. If he is confirmed can they impeach him at later date if proven he lied under oath.Comment -
