Chance a white person is going to assaulted by a black person: 320,082/197,000,000 = 0.001627 or 0.163%
Chance a black person is going to assaulted by a white person: 62,593/38,000,000 = 0.001647 or 0.165%

Lets look at it another way. What would happen if we increase the black population to match the white population and the crime rate stayed the same:

197/38=5.18421
62,593*5.18421= 324,495.29

, that's more white on black assaults than black on white assaults. That cant be right!

Blacks in the hoods these days should work to move out, best thing they can do for their kids..
