So I don't know the so called politics between these two, but it's pretty obvious Philly guy is posting fake tickets if the juice and payouts aren't adding up. And anyone should know that those don't count as posting tickets. Anyone can post that and edit it. Posting a ticket means a screenshot or an actual picture of a ticket. OP seems correct here.
