How much coffee a day?

Coffee has many health benefits too when consumed moderately. Most think it's unhealthy, but it's really just the junk that they put in their cup of coffee like refined sugar and heavy cream that spoil something that is otherwise good for you!

24 oz. every morning.

Only drink water, coffee, wine and milk. Don't need anything else.

An imperial cup is 8 oz
but with coffee, the makers say a cup is 6 oz.

so I make 7-8 cups which is about 3 real cups.
