This gambling movie had best cast EVER in a gambling movie. Solid movie and I was shocked it did nothing. The major theme was basketball related

This was the worst gambling movie I ever witnessed.
Cast full of clueless characters.
Only person in the movie including the directors who actually knew something about sports betting was Vince Vaughn.

Let it Ride is the best movie to sum up a degenerate gambler.
Of course in the movie they have to have him win the last bet, but in reality degens always blow it all.

2 for the money would have been better if they didn't use Mccaughney because he was terrible.
Pacino was great and showed he had gambling experience. It sucked having one guy play a part so well and the other one fukk it up so bad to ruin it. I was really upset that PAcino let that happen with this film because without Mccaughney it coulda been an all-time great.

The problem with these movies is casting. You have to find actors who have experience in gambling.

THE BEST gambling movie of all-time is ROUNDERS.
It sucks that you had to listen to every non playing poker flame quote this movie for the last 10 years because before poker exploded and no one knew what this movie was, it was simply awesome.
Ed Norton and MAtt Damon played poker for 6 months before making the movie.
The movie sums up realistic rounding in NY back then, and also how easy money was in poker at the time. It has a degenerate and a sharp, but they intertwine perfectly.
This really was my favorite movie before poker playing fukkks killed it and made it annoying.
