Been sick the past few days, got a little stomach thing going on, then the headaches started to kick in, more of a major annoyance than anything else, put in a few extra hour of sleep, that helped.

Had a friend couple stop over last night - we did some chicken eggplant ‘pizzadillas’. With roasted red peppers, carmelized red onion, roasted garlic, & fresh basil on Lavash bread in the panini press. Marinara dipping sauce on the side.
