What status of the housing market do you think we are in ? If we are near the peak is it smart to invest in a reit ?

My strategy is when I'm fully retired I want my REIT dividends to cover all my utilities.
The rest is gravy and I can easily , very easily live happily ever after.

So far, so good.
I want to work another 4 years minimum, 8 years maximum, and I'm out.
Like off the grid OUT.

So out, even Detective Goren couldn't find me off the grid out.

I'm in the same boat, but I'm looking for something to generate 100k a year, so I can live comfortably and never worry. I have a good chunk now, I'm trying to get 1m into the market and keep the rest in a high yield savings account.

I have no debt and have been a millionaire for a long time. I'm cautious about my investments though because I worked hard for this money, literally risked my life.

So I'm looking at these Reits and they are exactly what I'm looking for.

But I'm going in slowly, probably 10 - 20k a month until I get comfortable.

I got a steam room in my basement and the generator just went out, so I bought this big generator 9 kilowatts. Can I plug this into the same plug that it is supposed to be for my dryer?

All the outlets around the unit r110 I don't know how they were running 110 to the penetrating thing.

Please advise

You would have to read me the spec on the new generator & see what it calls for.

I got the big rooster_eater the 9 kilowatt, the breaker on that plug is a double breaker for a dryer that could go in and it's a 30 double breaker
