I have been saying all along the Fund was fine and those were just shakeouts. Don't let the market shake you out Jerky.

The Contrarian Fund just made a huge move, the run has happened. It doesn't mean it's over, but I would think the momentum slows down a bit...but that's the contrarain markets.

As far as favorites and dogs, that's a slippery slope to be jumping in and out of, best to stick to your capping if it's still looking good. It's really a different set of analysis and something I should probably talk about.

my old buddy is one , has his practice like 3 hours away , he said it is crucial

but takes like 20 visits to get you good , then monthly or bi-monthly follow ups

Yes, a good one is amazing, I used to get lower back pain a few years ago and it would just take one adjustment for it to be fixed, would cost about $40
