Had a big burrito not long ago, took some pain meds with it. Took the last two days off of pain meds.

You are right I need to eat, but it's a weird appetite thing when in extreme pain.

Eating today a very good sign, still hurting but bouncing back.

You've told me that before, that even with your jaw, you still ate. You are soooooo right.

I've been bad to myself.
