It's starting to even out ticket wise but yeah, there was a huge majority of money on our samples on the Philly runline, probably why it was so expensive, creating value with Zona.

We're seeing it tighten a little in the price, but the money has started to land on Zona's runline.

I was calling way before hand. Win or lose, I think I was ahead of sharp money that identifies value in the marketplace.
