could you imagine how much commitment it would take to play 2 sports.
Let me rephrase that. Play 2 sports professionally.
Gotta remember, athletes were not compensated financially like they are today.
Talk about being a fukkin grinder. I dont think a lot of people realize the dominating baseball player he was.
I know most think he was good, not saying they didnt. But the dude would be gettin paid Pujols type money

But check out these stats
In the 8 years that he played, he averaged what would be 559 at bats a year.
Per 559 bats he averaged 33 homers and 98 RBI's, that is fukkin multi million $$$ contract production
Not too mention the dude stole 89 bases and only caught 20 times.
To switch over from baseball and play a punishing sport like NFL is mind boggling.
Especially @ the toughest position to play as far as contact and thats running back.
Nothing but love for this guy, cut from a dif cloth then 99% of humans

cant lie,like many people who will bet on this bowl game I do not know a ton of info on either of these teams
I do know one thing though, in this semi flaky sport, one good thing to have on yourself is a smothering defense
Going to go with the far tougher defense and combine that with the fact that UCF is basically playing at home tonight
Very important for UCF to jump out to a early lead sinc etheir offense is not dynamic.
Outside of that... who knows. A couple 25 yard punts and 4 missed field goals, dropped passes galore
and despicable decision making by lifetime college coaches could impact this game a lot also
