To me it looked like Cerci was over-acting after he was killed - I have no real basis for it, but my first thought was that she had killed him - though I don't know how plausible that would be or what she would have to gain from it.

She does know her poison though, during Stanis' attack on King's Landing she was ready to poison her children and herself then which makes me wonder if that was some fore-shadowing or just coincidence.
