They've been taking them down at seemingly random times, not sure why.

Heh, sorry, just found it interesting that he actually brought up concepts of EV and what not. Sounds like somebody bringing in a good aggressive gambling strategy, vs the typical nits that are on the show.

I tried out for Jeopardy about 12 years ago, and made it to the second round of tryouts. Was going to try out again in January but missed the signup due to my wife being ~~too needy~~ wonderful.

Ever see the show "2 Months 2 Million" about the 4 poker pros/geeks trying to make 2 mill in 2 months (hence the name!)?? They made it like jersey shore tho so showed them partying and shiit and living the poker pro Nunya lifestyle in Vegas! All the episodes are on youtube, i found it quite hilarious! Maybe nunya is Emil Patel?, brian roberts and dani stern also in it

Yeah, they're pretty well known in the poker community, particularly Krantz because he owns one of the largest training sites. The one who took all the shit, Ansky, the guy they treated like a rookie, is now by far the most famous and successful of the four. Krantz is doing pretty well with Deueces Cracked, haven't heard a single thing about Emile in years, I would assume he's just casually grinding up cash withoutcausing a stir, that was always his style and it showed in his consistency.
