if i were a judge, id throw this case out before it could get even to trial, so many things dont add up to this being reality.

only thing that makes it semibelievable is that griz is a pushover picknose is scandalous and many bookies are greedy/stupid enough to take such a large bet outta nowhere.

PWAD seems to have all the goods as far as capping goes, but like i said earlier, his scruples are off quite a bit, to fuk over another person isn't cool. A bank or company that can afford it, or just write the shit off as a tax loss, thats a totally different story.
