Carbon is probably the biggest site on the Merge network. There are multiple sites on the Merge network. Other options are Bovada, Revolution Network (combo of Lock and Cake, very new network), True Poker on the Winning Poker network, and probably some smaller options.

If you're serious about playing two plus two forum is a better resource than SBR.

Revolution gaming used to be the cake network. Lock poker took it over. Lock had a seperate cashier when they were on Merge network. While Lock had faster cashouts than Merge, do not confuse this with speedy. A month for a check is common. Payment processing and or the Merge network being underfunded is keeping this network from expanding.

Intertops is no longer taking new USA customers...shame...fastest cashouts on the former cake network.

The winning network which comprises some of the more higher rated books (5dimes, bookmaker) and America's Card Room (which is owned by BetCris) is a smaller player base. Cashouts are quick for the USA market.

Seriously 2+2 is a good source of info on the current state of USA online poker.
