if u get upset over points on sbr,i could only imagine what would happen if something really bad happened to u,there is a life besides sbrpoker,go outside smell the roses.go for a walk ,do something productive and use poker just for fun and entertainment and u will see,u will relax and play better even with those bad beats

I dont crush "pop cans" with my feet though cause I usually dont have bare feet so there would be no point to it. It was a big deal. Played for 90 minutes and had my first championship within grasp and my dreams were crushed with that nasty river card.
