Do you think this is bad etiquette?
I walk into the casino and I see this really bad player (fish) and say I will wait and take seat at his table as soon as one opens. I eventually get in game and bad player plays for an hour or so loses two buy ins and asks for table change. After he moves I ask floor to move to his table and shortly I move over there. Play for another hour or so and bad player can't believe his horrible luck as he loses two more buy ins and asks for table change and moves to new table. I get up and ask to be moved to his table once again as soon as seat opens.

I also think he knows what I am doing as he slow rolls me the nuts twice last night.

It was more a comment about the guy bleeding off multiple buyins when Emily was obviously following him.

Also, I don't think I have ever seen someone move more than once and be able to follow them in one night/sitting. Unless it was a really long session, I am surprised you can get that many seat changes in.

Not bad etiquette but seems like a waste of time to chase 1 person around at those stakes. Unless we're talking 1K stacks.

In my opinion a little poor taste after the first move. Especially if were talking 1-2 limits here.

Who cares? Good etiquette doesn't pay the bills, the fish do.

I went tonight and he was not there.

The dealers said he lost at least 3000 in 2 days at 1/2 stakes.

Now you see why I followed him.

I use to think this, but the more I play live and talk to the regs the less I do. They table hop like its musical chairs. I won't think twice to move off a bad table now as soon as I get there or follow someone to a new table soon after they move.

the game objective is to win.....if you are able to follow a fish and take him(her) for $$ then more power to u (in my opinion that is)

                        No kidding.

I personally haven't chased too many players from table to table in live play. Online, now that's a different story.

I have never played live, you ask for a change and then they wait for seat to open then move you ok i see that. Then in this case Emily then can say I want a move but only to that table where that guy is, and they wait for another seat and move you? Doesnt everyone know what your doing?

Also, it's bad etiquette not to take people's money that deserve it. I don't see anything wrong with it. My suggestion, to those that didn't move with him, would be to pay attention. My suggestion to the fish would be to drop down, if that's possible there, or get better. They might just be playing for fun and the money they lost might not matter to them.

ok so people paying attention know what your doing then the guy should know, do the people who move you try to accomodate this often or being moved to same table a couple times is mostly getting lucky?

shit if I ever play live I am going to be paranoid know thinking more about someone reeling me in

In most poker rooms, they allow this to seated players. if the room manager(s) know you they will generally be helpful (assuming you have a good rapport with them).

Personally I would not worry too much about people following you. If they latch on to you, play back at them or change your table also.

table selection is key to winning in live poker.Keep on table changing like that and your profits should show at the end of the year.Dont care what he thinks. He is just a donk and wont be around long.

This is why I love online. It's so much easier and quicker to follow donks around if you want to.

However, after 2 moves it starts to get a little classless to keep following the poor sucker, hence the slowrolling.

Maybe just chat the guy up and see if he doesn't just stay at your table longer
